Abstract—A model of the sawtooth magnetization transition in thin-film environment with random distribution of parameters is proposed. An expression of the playback signal is obtained taking fluctuations of the magnetization transition into account. A computation of phase, amplitude, and noise characteristics of the quantity of the sawtooth transition parameters is performed.
