Medical conversations, which are conducted for determining patient diagnoses, sometimes give erroneous
treatment recommendations. The errors grow if the conversations are conducted in a networked condition, when
the participants do not hear each other and the atmosphere of trust is vanishing. To improve the quality of medical
advice services, it is advisable to apply General Artificial Intelligence (GAI), including cognitive modeling and a
genetic algorithm, and blockchain technology. An important issue of GAI application is transforming the divergent
process of the conversation, when the participants try to express as many ideas as possible, to convergent
conversations, when the process ensures the accelerated achievement of the consent of the participants regarding a
certain diagnosis. Blockchain can help in raising the level of trust and supporting the verification and creation of a
cognitive model. These approaches can lead to a more holistic plan for improvement of the patient’s health. Almost
any health care clinician should find this convergent technology helpful in their practice
