The current state and problems of formation of container trains along a route and the transport and logistic centers for "A new silk way" is considered. The principles of formation of trains on railway transport of the countries forming freight traffics are offered. The perspective models and methods allowing to carry out the continuous stream of container transportations in the international message in the conditions of uncertainties for increase in management efficiency are offered
