Аннотация
This paper proposes a new approach to evaluating diagnostics parameters of a complex engineering system. The approach is based on a comprehensive evaluation model in form of adaptive neuro-fuzzy scale. The application of the model is directed to the solution of problems of identifying the type of technical condition of a heterogeneous robotic system.
