Abstract: The paper discusses various schemes of interaction between a human operator who controls production processes and the automated control system being implemented. A comparative assessment of structures for the implementation of automated control and incentive mechanisms for a human operator to improve the stability of their interaction and mutual assistance is carried out. The efficiency and stability of two-channel mechanisms is shown by means of simulation. The transition from simple mechanism for organizing interaction between a person and an automated system to more advanced mechanisms is considered as a process of managing the automation implementation.
